Finishing a test eq primo cycle need help how to start with pct

So I finished my last shot of eq and primo 4 days ago and been using test prop all cycle. I only have about another 4 days left of prop but also have a bottle of tne. Should I cycle off with TNE 2 shots everyday till I run out? Then nolva clomid pct day after?
