I'm currently two months out from starting my first cycle and embarking upon the journey of AAS. Before I ask for advice, here is a little about myself:
I've been training on and off for the past 5 years, hardcore dieting/training for the past 6 months.
Stats:
Age:22
Weight: 186lb
BF%: 12%
Height: 5'11
Lifts:
Bench: 280
Deadlift: 415
Squat: 305
As of now, I am planning on running a 14 week cycle of test e at 500mg/week pinning 250mg on monday and thursday. I have heard mixed opinions on running a dbol kicker for the first 4 weeks and although it does sound appealing, what are the potential negative aspects of running this with my first cycle? And please don't give me the standard "You dont need it." After all, nobody really needs steroids unless you have a deficiency...
My diet will consist of 4500 cals with a 50/30/20 protein/carb/fat ratio spread throughout 8 meals.
My current training regime is as follows: each day is started with my main core lift (bench/DL/squat/Military press). I do 4 exercises per body and each is done 3x6-8.
Day 1: Chest/tris
Day 2: Back/Bi's
Day 3: Shoulders/abs
Day 4: legs/calves
To deal with AI, I am planning on running adex at .5mg every other day (if needed).
PCT: Clomid 50/50/50/50
Would you guys recommend running HCG with this cycle? If so, dosing?
Goals: I'm hoping to put on 10-20lb's of lbm. Any and all intelligent advice is greatly appreciated and will be taken into consideration. I will be sure to keep a log on this forum of my progress when I begin my cycle. As of now, I'm planning on the end of April.
