Hello everyone this is my first time on here so I'm fairly new to this
I'm 30 years old 5'4" 163 pounds not to much body fat I've been going to
the gym for about two years know. I decided to do my fist cycle a friend of mine got for me sust. From an underground lab. I'm at the end of my third week and only put on 3 pounds, I don't think it's enough should I be eating more I allready doubled my protein intake may be I'm expecting to much in a short time. Can any one give me some feedback
 
What's the dose you are taking and the frequency you are taking it?
 
Any other test and you would be fine bro but 500mg ew of sust isnt gonna produce much gains. One thing to keep in mind since your not real experienced yet, Your gains in terms of pounds can be decieving as Test will help shed some fat at the same time your gaining LBM so sometimes the scale dont tell you much. How do you look in the mirror how do you feelhas your strength went up and do you look more lean. Those all play a part in your gains bro. My opinion get some Test Enth or Cyp and run that at 500mg ew and you will see a big difference.

Find another form of test other than sust. Sust is really best taken when using 750mg+ in order to get it's full effect. If sust is all you have, I'd run 750mg ew and I would pin EOD so those short esters keep working.

ok good advice guys, i have two bottles of test cype, can i just stop using sust and go foward with the cype with out any problems? thanks for the advice
 
hey jcar i just lost about 15lb in weight before starting the cycle, im still shedding fat,
my performance in the gym is outstanding ever since i started the sust. in the mirror i think i look a little bigger but its hard for me to tell i look everyday and the scale is allways the same. on the second week i put three pounds on by the end of the week this week nothing has changed on the scale i thought maybe i was doing something wrong.

ok bro dont get dicouraged. Something a lot of guys find out their first cycle is whatever your eating right now eat a lot more if your purpose is bulking. What I like to do is get all my Caloric input for the next day figured out and make sure I get it all by actual food (5000 cals for my curent) so I got all my meals planned now throw 2 good quality protien shakes on top of that and all of a sudden I'm over 6000cals.If your bulking you cant over eat as long as your eating right. As far as switching from sust to cyp my opinion is if you start the cyp tommarow up your sust dose for the next 8-10 days and then stop. Your already using it so take advantage and frontload with the prop and phenylprop in it while you wait for the cyp to become active. Down the road youll have a little fluctuation from the test deca in it but it shouldnt be much since sust dont have a whole lot of it in there. This is just what I do/would in your situation an some others may agree or disagree.

Ok thanks for the advice guys I don't know about uping my dosage I'm allready nervouse with this I'm gonna keep on going with the same and start eating more I haven't been eating much I didn't want to get belly fat again ad for the cyp I will save that for my second cycle
