this is my first day on it:
this is my chest/shoulders/tris day, what you think

chest:
lying flies or incline flies -2 sets
lever chest press -3 sets
lever pec deck fly -2 sets

shoulders:
lat pull down -3 sets
something else :) -3 sets

tricips:
dumbell lying tricips extension-2 sets
tricips dip - 2 sets

around 10 reps for all

will it work?
btw im 16, 5'7 135 lb, and just starting bb'in

lever press im guesing is a machine, you should try to stay away from machines. Try adding bench presses in for something else also put military press in for lat pull down (lat pulldown is a back excercise.)

chest:
lying flies or incline flies -2 sets
lever chest press -3 setsI would use DB or BB over machine but it won't hurt.
lever pec deck fly -2 setsI would change this to another press, either Dips or Decline press

shoulders:
lat pull down -3 setsThats a back exercise, do military press instead
something else -3 setsDo bent over lateral raise

triceps:
dumbbell lying triceps extension-2 sets I would do CG bench or Skulls
triceps dip - 2 sets

10 years of hard training, post up some pics, we need to see the beast you have become.

few comments
1) isolate muscle groups more. Don't do Chest, shoulders, and triceps in same day (or am i misreading this?)
2) those guys that keep telling you to stay away from machines, well ignore them. i utilize machines as well as free weights and my lifts are pretty damn good.
3) remember machines have their place, and so do free weights. Don't use machines because you are scares of the steel
4) Remember your basics:
squat
military press
bench press
and skull crushers
The above are a must in any worthwhile routine.

Want some inspiration. follow my log, its in my signature. there are plenty of good workouts in there.
Best of luck!

haha just realized how old this thread is

Too much machine work. Keep it simple and effective. How about?

Barbell bench press 4 sets
Dumbbell flies 2 sets

Barbell or dumbbell shoulder press 4 sets

Dips 4 sets

Other effective lifts are: overhead dumbbell or barbell extensions, military press, close grip bench press, power cleans, front and lateral raises

That's the perfect one for starting..
