Two weeks into the cycle: Little late on update

Changed intake after first dose: I added Test to the primo mix. 50mg Primo + 12mg of Test P as a kick start twice a week. Will be changing test to Anavar once I get it (20mg/day)

Clen is off cycle currently so I increased my does of T3 for the two weeks off Clen.

I'm gaining weight fun!!! But this is the beast when I don't eat perfect and watch my salt intake. I'm working on eating better and cutting more carbs out of my diet.

Last weekend I ran I 5k Color Vibe, that was fun. I thought I was going to die but I finished. I've started leg extensions, leg curls, no weight squats, calf raises, lunges and some ab work 3 x's a week, doing a HIIT 3 x's a week. I'm not going heavy yet, trying to get back into the swing of things and I need hubby to move the weights for me since I'm still not allowed to pick up more then 5 pound (explains no weight for the squats and no arm, chest, back exercises). Fingers cross to get permission from doctor on Tuesday.:wits:

Attitude/emotions: Test P makes me very edgy- I've yelled at the kids everyday for the last 7 days for the stupidest stuff. Hubby keeps me in check when he is home. He has gotten yelled at once, but I hung up the phone before I started yelling:pissed: The acne sucks too, those are the only two really bad side effects that I see for me. I do recover faster while taking primo and test, I'm not lifting heavy, but I haven't worked out for 3 1/2 months (sitting on my arse). Overall I feel good, can't wait to see results after 12 weeks.

I do not recommend test for women and I'm kind of confused about anyone seeing test and anavar as interchangable.

T3 dose when used should be ramped up in an appropriate schedule not just randomly doubled.

You got a lot of good advice in this thread I guess I dont have anything else to say. Good luck I hope you achieve your goals.
 
Good luck on your cycle . My wife is going to run her first injectable soon . Im anxious to see your results . Ive been reading and debating on primo or npp , both are supposed to be very good . Ive read conflicting things on NPP though . She is coming off var, clen and t3 for the past 12 weeks . here is here clen /t3 cycle . she did get headaches when coming off 120mg of clen but overall a very good run . she lost almost 2" off her waist and added a good bit of muscle . Im on day 21 of the clen/t3 cycle and dropping BF very rapidly

How's your cycle ? I remember my first cycle. I was scared to jab my ass because people used to say they couldn't sit down n stuff. I was fine ! Was easy to do. Used it for a while and I had no problem. Loved the positives I got from it. Haven't done it in a long time but considering a cycle again. Back training and have a few goals to beat :)
