First order arrived to my city, but didn't make it to me

Hey guys,

Made an order with gran and every went well til delivery. tracking said it made it to my city but was never delivered. Called the post office and they said it was being returned to sender.

Sent Gran some emails, haven't heard anything yet. I thought i would check here to talk to some reps. Its hard to communicate With Gran cause of the time diffence. But normally they respond the next day.

Really looking forward to getting this order (Kind of a test run). I want to get some other stuff on wheels just waiting on the the first order to come through.

Mmm.. If it's a shipping error on your part, chalk it up as a loss.. Also 24 to 48 hours to reply is definitely not out of the norm, especially with big time difference

checked the order on the website. everything is right on the shipping info. so just waiting to hear something back from them.

We'll have to get bottom of this but if it arrived to the proper city.......I'm not gonna speculate at this point.

I'm learning how this all works. This is my first time ordering, found gran and everything looked great and good reviews.

GR's taking care of you brother, Not entirely sure what happened here...they shipped out your goods. Obviously there was an issue with the addy but GR's eating the loss and more then happy to take care of a first time customer
