Hey guys, just joined this forum looking to find any and all useful information on diet, weight training programs, and gear, but most importantly first hand experience from dedicated weight lifters/ body builders. Glad to be aboard!
I've been lifting for 4 years ON, never taken more than 5 straight days off. I'm 6'3" or 6'4" 225 at about 12% bf. I'm a bouncer at a very popular night club then during the day I do biomedical research
. It's a strange job combination but I love it. I'm also a full time student at a very presigious Texas university and am working on getting into med-school. I try to get in the gym for an hour or 2 a day 5-6 days a week.
