Hello all

today I bought 2.2 KG protein I need some help and recommendation from pros

I am 24 years old, training for 5 years, but used to drop time to time,

Now I have 43.5 cm Biceps and appropriate developed muscles

since today I was not recieving any nutrition, aminos, proteins or steroids,

NOw as my life style has been changed I need to involve nutrition to build body

I have some question

1. How much must I drink each time after training? (I train usually for 2 hours per training day, training 4 times a week, I train different muscles on different days, for example on monday I train chest, beck and legs on another day I train Bicep, triceps, arms, ABS is trained every day. I make 100 kg on chest and make 65 kg standing and moving up, I train 55 kg on biceps)

2. I have genetics on an average how much may this 2.2 kg protein help me to pump my biceps. Can I raise biceps to 46-47 cm?

3. SHould I follow any diet, should I limit eating fat or what I usually eat. I eat over 200 gr cheese, 200 gr meat on an average)

4. I need to pump chest more than Biceps, is it recommended to drink more protein on the day when I pump chest rather than on the day when I train biceps.

thanks for help very much, tomorrow I will drink one spoon, the instructions recommend to drink 3 spoon in a day (over 90gr)

Protein powder is to supplement your diet, it is nothing magical.

What does your diet look like.

Ian's right. It isn't the end-all-be-all. Its a supplement. It is darn convenient, but its not necessary to the nth degree. I have minimized my whey powder intake to 1 scoop after a workout. Everything else is food. I also do 4 scoops of BCAAs (Core ABC is my favorite-but get some more experience before you spend more $$), and again, this is a mere supplement.

And by the way, Abs dont need to be trained every day. I do mine twice a week, and that's precontest. Show us what your routine looks like.

well

my diet looks like

eating 4 times a day
1. 200-250gr Fish/Meat in the morning with one egg boiled or fried (without bread or only one peace) 09:00
2. 250gr plural curds on 12:00
3. 250gr plural curds + 200 gr milk on 16:00
4. 200 gr meat + 1 egg + vegetables, fruits and others on 19:30

that's all and I receive over 3 spoon protein a training day

as for my routine

I train on monday wednesday, friday on 19:00 o'clock

Monday
Pecs 4X8, 6 pyramid
beck 4X10,8 pyramid
legs 2X15, 10 same weight all sets

Wednesday
Arms 5X10, 8 reps, pyramid and then for losing fat, reducing weight and making 15-20 reps
Bicep 5X10, 8 reps, pyramid
Triceps 5X10, 8, pyramid

and friday is a day like monday but then it is changed

I do ABS every day 3X50 reps.

so what you recommend me

youre not going to like my answer, simply because I cant understand what you're writing. So, and I hate to give this answer: Read the stickies. Get an idea for a diet. Post it after you have a better idea, and we can work with it. I cant give you a better answer than that. Moderators may be able to help further. sorry.

As for your workout; what are your goals? Fat loss? Mass?

LOL cottage cheese :D it has high level of proteins over 20%

as for my goals it is to add muscles
