I'm 19 and I've never used creatine before but I decided to pick some up and give it a try. I got some Higher Power CEE. I haven't started using it yet, but I'm about to transition from a bulk to a cut. Since I've never used it before, first of all is this a good brand, and second is it ok to use creatine for my first time ever even if I'm going to be cutting? I'm 190 lbs, and ~19-20% body fat if that matters.
Also, do I just throw it in with my other PWO shake ingredients (oamteal, banana, whey)
