Been training off and on for years (see my profile and pics for details) but never really tried out supplements. I have had a small dabble in Ephedrine, Clen and Anavar but would like to know what's the best to take me to the next level?
If you check my photos, you'll see (in my opinion) a big difference between my first comp in July last year and the last comp I did in Nov.
My goals are leaner and tighter (is that everyone's? lol). I don't really want to get much bigger. Am happy with my legs, except for more definition in hams and separation in quads. Definitely happy with my calves (although I don't think my photos really demonstrate these). Need leaner hips and butt and abs. Happy with my back. And want a little more size on biceps and delts.
I'm happy with what I'm doing diet and training-wise.
One other thing that my pictures don't show is that I'm a short-arse! I'm 4 ft 11 in, so I do worry that dosing might need reducing, although my current weight is a little over my norm 8 stone! Currently 9 st 9 lbs - gross!!

(No comments please about obviously not knowing about diet, considering current weight! Diet and training not been great this year, due to work and family commitments.
