OK... loaded up on Fish oil AND Flaxseed oil (buy1get1 @ walgreens), but I have no idea how much I'm supposed to be taking. I've seen it taken a a few times a day, 2-4caps each time, in various meal-plans, but I've never heard anything more scientific about it.
Any thoughts?
Oh! Also, I heard that fish oil should be kept in the freezer to make it easier on your stomach. Anyone else heard anything like that?

There are some days I forget and some days I take less so I guess on average it's definitely not 3 tblsp/day, i'm too broke for that haha But like I said, I usually don't measure, I just pour it into my mouth (without lipping the bottle that is). I just wanted to make the point that I take a lot, more than just a few capsules a day.
