I switched from fish oil to krill oil recently. More effective and less calories works for me.
I used to take 3 grams a day. I stopped it coz someone mentioned that it prevents me from losing weight.
I was taking in 1200mg of fish oil a day because of the label. 1200mg is 2 pills should I take 4 to 6 pills a day instead?
The 2 pills of 1200mg of fish oil only have 360mg of Omeg3. I'm thinking of taking 4 in the morning and 4 at night to get around 2880mg of omeg3. too much?
