I don't know who the first persons post mentioned the fitday application but thanks! I got it yesterday and I am sold. Packed in over 400g protein, 550g carbs and 120g fat today. Gonna try and use this as my staple and adjust from there.

i went from fitday to an app on my iphone, if it wasnt for my iphone i would still be on that site.
