well i'm about to start going on a "cutting cycle"....but i need a lil help with info...i just finished with a bulking cycle and i gained a lil extra weight in my waist area....so what i wanna do is keep my muscle gains and also keep my strength gains but loose all the extra fat...how should i construct my diet..should i go on a caloric defecit or just cut lots of carbs and fats? should i still try and get 1lb of protein per body weight? i was thinking of doing 50/30/20...but i dunno if thats what i should do...i'm gonna use lipo 6 and skulpt to help with weight lose. my weight is 171 lbs and i'm 5'11" any help would be aprreciated..
