What is the best form of Flax oil? I currently take it in pill form...is that o.k.?

The best form...the oil....it takes 14 caps to equal 1 TBLS, so 1 quart...approx $16-18 has 64 T's X 14 or 896 caps.....that must be refrigerated once opned, the caps do not!

I like flax in the oil form...mixes good with Newmans BV or in tuna and mayo
