Fluid replacement drinks

I was just wondering if anyone uses any fluid replacement drinks - like for cardio or any other activity.

For mountain biking, I have always used Cytomax and I think it makes a difference on those HOT HOT days. (but it could be in my head).

OPINIONS WELCOMED.

I think it depends on your goals, if your trying to loose weight then they would be a big no no with all the cals in them.
I think you'd be better off with some water and a banana but I can see the convince of them when mountain biking.
