Okay so here's the story if your interested. Last night I decided to do a full lower body and lower back roll out before heading to bed. And anyone who has ever tried to roll out your entire lower body knows how fatiguing it can be.
So, after I spend an hour in a sex position making humping motions on the floor, I hopped into bed. Unfortunately, I get to wake up to aching OUTER thighs. This has never happened in the past! It calmed a little after I got up and walked around. Although sitting down is the only way to relieve it completely. When standing, the ache would slow creep back.
I Googled with no solid matches, coming across IT Band Syndrome, Fibromyalgia in thigh, lateral femoral cutaneous nerve, all the way to hip arthritis. Nothing.
Why did I wake up with aching outer thighs that doesn't go away unless I sit down?!
