Hi guys!

Im new here but ive actually been thoroughly reading through all the threads in the forum for a while now. There's lot of good stuff!! :)

But I guess my biggest question is how come some people on a cut use foods other than listed on the sticky shopping list?

Ive been eating foods very well strictly from the shopping list and following step by step, but when I read through other's journals, some ppl add in stuff that I thought was a no-no..

Are there any other foods allowed or suggested not listed?

Thanks,
Victoria

That would be because there are a few different approaches to cutting around here. You've been reading Dr. Pain's and w8lifters information on cutting. :D

LMAO!!

TCD you have such a way with words  :D

Which are the most effective for females on a cut? Im trying to lose BF as well, and am following a strict diet off the sticky with six meals/day.

Do most ppl on here use Dr Pain and w8lifters guides and end with results?

I lost ten pounds in one month using their advice. :)

Victoria...create a diary in the "online diaries" section and post your meals and workouts. The poeple here are great. They will help you out a lot. But most wanna see what you are doing first. It is also good for you to see your progress, meal, workouts, etc...

Oh yea! WELCOME to IM!!:D

He is only saying that there are several ways to do anything.

I would, but I'm hardly on my computer.. Would it matter to write down things I do once a week or two?
I keep a journal at work of what I eat, its just hard to get it on here every day..

Im doing good. My meal plans are a lot like yours, Julie and Jodi's. Different calories of course. So if you guys are doing it right, then so am I. :)

Yes. If you can't get on the computer very often...keep a written journal. If you can put it up once a week that would be good. It is really hard to help someone without "seeing" what there meals, habits, etc... are like.

You might get addicted like the rest of us...this is a great place.
