My mom is finally trying to take care of herself and is walking about 3 miles a day. I told her she should do some resistance training along with her walking. What should she be doing as far as lifts, sets, reps, ect. She is 46 and isnt fat by anymeans but is carring a bit around the middle that she wants to get rid of and just wants to be healthy overall. Also, how should i go about teaching her so she doesnt feel uncomfortable or embarrassed? Thanks ladies.
