Heres what I like to do, I normaly hit hcg every 4- 6 weekds I montir the size of the boys and when they realy shrink thats when I use a kit. As for coming off a long cycle heres the protocal that iam going to use in sept anti es go into full use here armidex 750mg 2 weeks 500mg 2 weeks hcg 250 mg 3 weeks 125mg 2 weeks I would then start the normal post cycle recovery plan but instead id prolong how long u stay at 50 mg till u feel u are back to normal. Tiberious is realy supposed to help and loading creatine. There is no easy way of coming off u need to realy adjust till u feel your naturel test is back in full swing.

Now for your gaining issue, iam sure u have used alot of test in the past but try this expirement. Leave your test where its at right now, keep the tren and add dbol. This is a more andrognic stack that I tend to realy like. It seems if I keep upping my test to much the water retention kills me. id hold off on any anti E unless gyno is an issue. Its time to change things up with your muscles. i dont know how u train but there are a couple ways of doing this. My fav is keeping the same base routine but choosing new exercisees. But remeber u have to add weight to the bar every week, bust your ass for that extra rep and keep pushing your self. Now for diet I know u get enough protien, but whats the rest of your diet looking like? If it were me Id realy bulk right now to shock your body into some growth. Then diet down later, its so much easier to diet with more muscle mass. Check out dogcraps cycles on pennies thread its almost everywhere. There are tons of great pointers in there. Thats the style of training I follow and it works very well.

I stopped following it when it hit the 77 page point, I just about dont doubt its still going

My basic reasons for thinking most people dont really recover (body acts almost as if you had no break):

∙ Most cycles are never as good as the first
∙ I see no evidence to believe in receptor saturation
∙ If 2-4 weeks clomid was all it took, why are we not jumping right back on?

some people can, but most cant. It realy coems down to adjusting to fit your body. Every one thinks that there should be a method set in stone. It varies from person to person and compond to compound. The secret is finding out what realy works well for through experimentation and learning from that.

I can agree with that, I think far too many people are following the pack and selling themselves short.
