At your age you probably shouldn't even be lifting much less doing forced reps. But as far as forced reps go they can certainly help you get growing again if you've hit a sticking point. They are also great for strength increases and to just step up intensity period! They shouldn't be used on every set or exercise and maybe limited to every other workout. The key to forced reps working their magic is a good training partner. They'll make you work for the extra rep or two but at the same time keeping the bar moving at an easy and steady pace. When your body is finished growing by all means use forced reps!
