Woohoo ??? I just found out why my scale weight has been going up this last couple of weeks when I expected to lose more weight. I gained an extra ½ inches in my biceps! This puts me in perfect proportion to the Greek classical standard I was working toward (for my neck size at 16 inches requires by arms be the same). Only took me 2 weeks to get there too after refocusing my efforts with very intense bicep workout. Terrific feeling when a plan comes together. I had expected a more gradual change and was expecting to lose some scale weight as I dropped more body fat in the interim. When the scale went up 3 lbs while I was maintaining a 500 cal deficit and stayed there I thought I was carrying extra water. After checking with the tape measure and calipers I discovered the extra arm size as well as another ¾% drop in body fat. Totally happy ??? yahoo.
