Baroni is good. Hits hard, fair ground game. Shamrock is an elite. Hits harder and his ground game is insane.

Frank by stoppage.

WTF, I thought this was on Showtime. :paddle:

AND, Gina's not fighting.! :bulb:

That's a good looking card...

Im going Baroni, Frank hasn't fought that many fights lately. Baroni alwasy got the KO punch.

that is a good card

Even with franks torn acl and mcl, he still owned. He beat phil at his own game on his feet and frank couldn't even take a shot so you know something was wrong because on the ground his game is immaculate.

Phil Baroni tore his groin in the begining seconds of the fight thats why he didnt move

Yeah in the first round maybe, but not in the first few seconds. In the first few seconds he was recovering from almost getting KTFO.

Wish you'd have took that bet bigss ... :pissed: ... I'd be ordering something off of eBay right now ;)

Kimbo v Gannon II.....

Yeah, your right. Im still don't think Frank Shamrock is the legend everyone says he is, he just really knows how to pick his fights.

Why is that I wonder biggs? What makes you see him as less of a skilled fighter than I see him as? Not being a smart ass, seriously. I'm not trying to elicit something from you that I can then smack you around with, I just don't understand why you under rate the guy.

How many of his fights have you seen? The guy has fought in several franchises and normally own the thing by the time he is in his 3rd fight.

This is just general bs'ing around here. I'm not looking for an argument :)

I respect his battles with my favorite fighter Bas Rutten and the Pancrase days but really he hasn't fought anyone amazing for over 8 or 9 years. Beats up acouple gracies and a nobody. Baroni was his first real test since Ortiz.

I just think if he is truely the best he would fight more then once every two years and better fighters

I understand where you are on that a little better now. :thumb: Check out Shamrock's website and see why he wasn't so active for a while. The dude has accomplished way more than most fighters.

LOL ... Bas is at the top of my list too.

Frank Shamrock is an outstanding MMA fighter, even though acts like an asshole.
