I have been lifting for about 10 years. I have done 3 serious cuts. This last one I made it all the way to my goal (single digit bf) which is where I'm at now. I'm 6'2" 195 now. I had been in the 220's - 230 for a long time. I feel skinny now, but there is no way I'm skinny. I'm just really defined and I'm having trouble because I feel smaller (looser shirts and my belt...had to make a new hole). I'd like to stay this way for about a year. Will I ever get used to this feeling? Every day I feel like binging and bulking. This isn't a big problem, I just want feed back from others who got over this. Thanks.
