Frequent Urination

What would be considered frequent urination for a male in their late 20s ?

I typically urinate around 5 or 6 times per day and I always have to get up once per night.

I consume around 1 gallon of water ED and close to another quart of juice, milk, coffee and soda. The latter is a combined total.

Would this be abnormal for my age ?

As for your question, ROID, that's normal for someone that gets enough water. The concept of frequent urination is when you have to go so often that it has a detrimental effect on your daily life.

The consumption of liquids in that amount is abnormal but considered healthy. The nightly urination however is in question. Do you wake to urinate?

Depending on when I go to bed I usually have to get up about 5 hours later.

Its an uncomfortable feeling but not urgent as in I'm not going to piss on myself if I dont go to the bathroom.

I'm on the sauce now and have been on/off for 5 years.

I think it would be relative to how much you drink water daily. The more you drink, the more the frequency of your urination will be.

I hate drinking two gallons a day, because I'm always pissing my brains out.
