I used to do front squats exclusively until I ended up with a huge bruise on my left deltoid and upper bicep. Didn't know where it came from until I was doing front squats and the bar slid right in the groove.
Pretty good form on these squats I must say my friend. You really get low to the ground and your back looks good your head looks steady. Good form, how much are you squatting these days now? When it comes to your other lifts what are your max lifts right now?
