I have been buying these tyson boneless chicken breast with rib meat, for a little while now. They are good and easy to cook but are they healthy for me? I ask because of the rib meat that is posted on the package and i see that alot on frozen or canned meats. Would i be better off by just buying whole chicken's or is this alright to eat.

I'm not sure, I just dont trust most of those food manufactures on what they put in the food to make it weigh or taste better or whatever they do to make an extra dime. I'm not paranoid, who said that? lol

Are you being serious here? You'd rather eat the canned meat loaded in sodium instead? Who knows if THAT is really chicken in those cans!

I read this thread three times and I don't see where he said he'd rather eat canned meat. He is worried about the 'rib meat' included with the boneless chicken breasts. I've often wondered about it myself.

Look at the list of ingredients, sometimes the frozen chicken breasts will have ALOT of crap added to them.

You're not getting old... you are just getting good! :thumb:

What's up with the rib meat thing? I just recently started noticing it on the chicken breasts we buy at the store. Even the ones from the Amish community are now listing rib meat as part of the deal. Any thoughts?
