I got a carton of strawberries today and I just can't stop eating them, they're so good. It's like candy.

My questions is, are strawberries in any way unhealthy if you eat a lot? They're just so good!

I've been trying to eat as healthy as possible the past few weeks, with whole wheat bread, tuna, fruit, vegetables and stuff like that. So, I was just wondering if it's possible something tastes that good with no bad effects.

Strawberries are great!! A good source of fibre, vitamin C, water and are very low in calories... Plus, they are soooo tasty. They are REALLY yummy mixed with cottage cheese and cinnamon too! :chomp:

In terms of are they good for you - YES! Especially if they stop you from eating candy or lollies. And you would have to eat a BUCKET load and a half (butt-loads) of strawberries before you will get any negative effect from them (I am taking kgs worth!!).

Don't listen to anyone who tells you fruit is bad. It isn't.

ps: :thumb: - congratulations on changing your eating habits!

all berries and fruits are good for you. just dont go overboard.

all natural food are good for you. its when things get processed that makes it bad...
