I'm glad you cleared that up.

As for my "pointless banter" I thought I said ok what I meant - NOT to run anyone down either. The Man HAS done his homework and is achieving what he wants apparently - to BE TOTALLY BUILT. Nothing wrong with that and if he thinks there are those here that are wasting their time "running with the mouth" I can see his viewpoint - I think he is saying that instead of doing a lot of talking he'd rather see people DO in the Gym and ACCOMPLISH what they want because that is the ONLY WAY it will come to anyone. He came off to some a little rough I guess around the edges and unless I am wrong I think that is what he was trying to say.

Now as for the "knees", speaking for me alone, it always depends on each individual and whether we actually like each other or not and how well a person is built totally.... Serious bodybuilders who are "serious" now...
