Her mother was a drug addict and she sought refuge in this guy hoping he'd save her only to be rapped, abused, and broken by this piece of shit. She saved herself, and possibly saved a lot of other girls by doing what she did. He didn't get anything other than what he deserved, and she certainly deserves to know more of life than getting fucked by some old guy, and prison.
Reminds me of the Lisl Auman case where she was convicted of murder after a male accomplice killed a cop while she was handcuffed in the back of a police cruiser....But I'd say this one sounds far more of an injustice....she should receive a reward...

Werd. Just messin. Arnold's had 8 years to do something if he was going to. It's hard to believe they'd hit her with the harshest sentence possible, without any consideration of the circumstances. Tookie was a piece of shit. Tookie was an adult when he committed his crimes, and never showed any human decency until he decided he didn't want to get fucked in the ass by a bunch of dudes anymore, and then it was all sunshine and puppies. Fuck that p.o.s., he got what he deserved. HE was a murderer, and a low down good for nothing, Not a 16 year old victim trying to have a better life.
And I think it says a lot that she turned herself in. People who really have something to feel guilty about don't do that.

Yes, what a travesty! He murdered a family of three for shits and giggles during a robbery and founded one of the most violent street gangs ever, but he wrote a couple of children's books FFS! Tookie was a saint and a martyr.
