so one of my best friends was KIAd earlier. todays a shit fest day for me. i can have a happy and cheery attitude on here, but i know myself and if someone says one thing wrong, im going to want to track them down. so, with that being said. i probably wont post till tonight when all my sedatives are in my body and im in happy land.

Grab something to eat that you can go back and forth with like nuts or health friendly chips and watch some tv. That clears my mind it will help get you ready to hit the gym.
