hey everyone
i was wondering if any of you could give me some advice. i am 15 yrs old and play a lot of tennis. im like 5' 5" and weight about 105 lbs, my nutritionist told me i had to gain about 8 lbs of muscle in 3 months, and lose fat. i already go to the gym and i am trying to follow the "low fat" diet she gave me, but for some reason i dont think ive been getting any results. its been like 4 weeks and i havent gained a pound... any ideas??
