Hey guys, just joined today and looks like a great forum. I'm looking to bulk up and lose some extra unwanted fat. I'm 21, 6'0" and 167 pounds. I'm currently working out 3-5 days a week and occasionally doing cardio (1.5-2 miles on the treadmill). I've been doing weight training for the past 6 weeks or so and have definitely seen gains in strength but no fat loss. I eat pretty healthy (no junk food) and usually have 1-2 servings of whey protein post-workout. My splits have been as follows: Mon: chest, Tues: Biceps and back, Weds: Shoulders & Tris, Thurs: Day off or cardio, Fri: chest and biceps. Sometimes I'll do a small ab workout on one or two days and maybe cardio. What would anyone suggest I change to lose the extra unwanted fat I have? Thanks in advance.
