Hey all, me... i'm 6'4", 162lbs

I get some serious shoulder pains and neck discomfort my neck clicks and my shoulder clicks when i move it certain ways, its annoying and depressing at times... I been to doctors for therapy and even thought surgery was necessary... but they told me to work out and gain weight, i been trying for two years, taken weight gainers, and vitamins, no luck. I have cell-tech and Nitro-tech at home, i may give them a shot but I also bought these pills online...
**LINK REMOVED DUE TO THE THOUGHT I WAS ADVERTISING BY THE GUY BELOW ME**

The name of the pills are "Vita Salveo" seem like it comes from the UK

do u think its safe to use these pills and CT - NT all at the same time?
and does anyone know how effective these pills are?

You have to count your calories EVERY SINGLE DAY, randomly taking weight gainers and randomly "eating more" is not scientific enough.

Since I am around a computer around the clock, I write down my totals at www.fitday.com using the journal function.

My last 40 pounds of bodyweight came from about a 2000 calorie increase to my daily totals over a period of about 18 months.

yea, i figure but say i go to eat lunch during my work day, I eat chicken, rice, lamb and lettuce & Tomatos and drink a pepsi, in the morning for breakfast I eat a bagel with cream cheese. Sometime through the day I eat a bag of M&M's, when I get home I eat rice, chicken and beans for dinner, or I eat pasta, depends on whats being cooked.

don't just eat randomly "throughout the day"
schedule your meals every 2-3 hrs. apart
make meals HUGE! like almost 1000 cals a piece. you'll see results. I am also a huge advocate of FITDAY.

If you really like bagels that much, have about 6-10, not one. Seriously you are eating enough food for a little girl.

More meals in the day, more calories at each meal.

I would recommend shooting for 5 meals to start with, it seems easier than 6 but if you can work in 6, go for it. I change my number of meals partially based on how many calories I get in each meal with ease of measurement. For instance if I have a given quanity of meat and rice that comes up to 1100 calories and I dont want to go over 5000 calories, I take that into account with my other meals of the day to stay at a given level.

My breakfast is often 3 servings of oatmeal, 2 servings of "protein shake" along with 3 raw eggs. That is my lowest calorie meal of the day which typically is not ideal, but it is still way way more than a single bagel.

As well as eating more meals, each meal being larger then you normaly eat- try drinking a protein or weight gainer shake instead of a pepsi. If you don't have some medical condition then just like everybody is writing here-the solution is to eat more. Write it down, just because you think that you've eaten enough doesn't mean that you have. It seems that you are used to a diet that won't support muscle gain faster than 10lbs per four years - you will have to adjust to eating much much more.
