36 year-old female. Currently 176. I had my thyroid removed 6 years ago. Ongoing battle to lose weight. Clean diet and crossfit for 5 years. Can't seem to get under 26% body fat with consistent diet/exercise. Tracking on Inbody body comp machine. Started HGH and centrino primo in Jan. Net loss 1% body fat. Gained 8lbs lean muscle. Love the muscle gain. Hate the fact that I am really struggling to lose fat. Tried high calories. Tried low calories. Tried paleo. Atkins. Any suggestions greatl appreciated.
