Gaining Strength While Cutting

I am currently at 13.5% bodyfat. I want to go down to 10% so I am still cutting. However, I notice that each passing week I can lift heavier weights even though I am not gaining any mass. Is it possible to gain strength while cutting even though your muscle size does not increase?
 
I'm sure its possible, maybe its because your paying better attention to your diet and eating the right things.

You can add muscle and strength while in calorie deficit without steroids.
 
Doing anything without drugs is harder you fool! :)
