I'm a hard gainer and can't gain weight. At all. (I've read everything there is to read, I know how to gain, I just can't). I've gotten a lot stronger and more muscular but have actually lost weight somehow.
I have trouble eating 5 meals a day (i still do, though)
I don't think I'm getting enough calories. I currently take Whey Protein. Can I take a weight gainer as well, along with the protein, even though the weight gainer has whey protein in it? Or should I skip the weight gainer completely?
