I am 43, 5'8" 210. I have worked out off and on I seem to respond well to work outs. My question is. Is it normal to gain weight the first week u really start working out?>?? I did a solid week weights 3 times and 3 aerobics basically probably slow aerobics easy going more or less. I use niox before workouts (nitric oxide) and creatine after a work out and I used some hydroxcut.... But I gained 4 pounds is this normal??
