i did them for three separate cycles and got great gains, although i admit the greater gains were immediate...strength shot up and my mass noticeably increased, tho i was eating tons and was absurdly pushing myself in the gym. but when i went off it i noticed a definite strength and energy drop off...i'd recommend trying it but its expensive
I don't know about that... It's all overpriced IMO. I do happen to use BSN's Syntha-6 protein though. Tastes great and 2 scoops fit my caloric needs perfectly when mixed with water, plus I can afford it. Otherwise there is plenty of other stuff out there that works just fine for a fraction of the price.
