Although not that original at least you know where i am from.
I have been through many threads and have already aquired so much good information and i thought i would introduce myself.
i am currently 22 years old and have recently started a desk job 9-5 and i was quite active in my last job. i go to the gym about 3 time a week and play indoor beach volleyball once a week (i am short, but i like it).
My ultimate goal would be to have a BF% of under 10% and gain some serious muscle definition, i Know i am a long way off considering i am currently about 17%, but with the help from others that have gone before me i am sure i will learn.
