How many times per week do you plan to do a workout? do you do cardio during your bulking period?

I’ll be focusing more on calories than anything. Aiming for 5-6k calories a day, along with about double my bodyweight in protein.

I workout 4 times a week.
Monday-Chest
Tuesday-Quads/Pulldowns
Wednesday-Hamstrings/Rows
Thursday-Shoulder/Arms

No cardio during my bulk. I’m an ectomorph. When I started training I was 18 years old and weighed 115lb, now I’m 32 at 241lb.

Definitely old school way of training. Heavy hardcore workouts. I look up to bodybuilders like Ronnie Coleman, and Dorian Yates training styles. Cant even count the amounts of times I’ve seen Ronnie’s DVD The Unbelievable and Dorian’s DVD Blood and Guts.

I will go more in depth with all of this in my log.
