Gear/stack for fat loss & improved conditioning and strength...

First off I know I have a lot to learn so I am sorry if any of my goals seem counter productive to one another...

The short of it all:
So what do you guys recomend for gear, diet, and for exercise program? I'm 32 6'4" tall and weigh 255 my body fat % is around 20% Been back to working out for 3 months now. Looking to cut fat and improve over all shape and conditioning not looking to get big.

So my goals are to get back into athletic shape again, I mean all around phisically fit not big. I have been back working out for a couple months (after quiet a few years off) and I recently started doing crossfit 2 days a week in addition to the lifting I had been doing 2-3 days. I was wondering if there is any suggestions for gear to help me achive my goals a bit faster... A remember taking winny back in my baseball days to cut some weight and someone recently had mentioned Tren and HGH as well Test would be a good all around as well.
 
I wouldn't touch tren this early if you do not have previous experience apart from your winny "cycle" (Not sure exactly what you did in the past with that winny). Id say stick to diet for now. At your BF% you still have a lot of gains (weight loss) that could be made without reaching out to gear at this time. Don't jump the gun until your at or near your plateau. This is my opinion though, and I am sure others will chime in to help out. I'm not always right and many people will go for it regardless, so stick around for more posts on this. :)
 
Yeah, I would work on your diet and training. Get at least a year or more of good training time under your belt then maybe consider some gear. But If you ignore me and take gear anyway, keep it simple and just run test by itself for your "first real" cycle. I'm not even going to count that winny bullshit. LOL

Lol, last time I did a stack i was 24, I cant remember what all I did or how I did it but it was a stack with decca and test or something like that (its been a while give me a break lol). I have never been a quick gainer of muscle or loser of fat unfortunatly and I know there is no replacment for hard work I would just like to get a little more out of my hard work....

But the flip side is I have a bad habit of giving up on things (not just weights) if I don't see results quickly.. If I'm not good at it at first or pretty darn quickly I get discouraged and quit so I am trying not to fall into this again.

For me right now MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL is cutting fat off me... What can I add to my diet and work out regamine to help me achieve this faster if possible... I know there were some different stacks adn pills and such I remember people using back in the day but its just been so long.

I do have adderall and Synthroid at my disposal, I know the thyroid med helps in weight loss.
 
Listen brother, I'm not knocking on you, but it seems you want the easy way out. Without persistence and determination, no amount of drugs is going to do jack shit! Take my prior advice! Train hard and diet right for a year or so and then look to the gear for that extra push when all reserves have been depleted. You can do it bro, you just got to stick it out! That's the hardest part! Good luck bro.
 
you can try a little recomp with some prop. im saying prop because you said you want quicker results, you could go with test c or e but it takes longer to kick in
125 to 150 mg's prop eod. keep carbs to a min, up the protien. hit the gym hard and do cardio atleast 3 x a week start off 20 mins work your way to 45min.
simple but somewhat effective. you should drop some bf and add a little size, your strength gains should be pretty decent, considering you have only been back in the gym 3 months. be carefull with the joints and tendons you will be puting alot of strain on them that they are not used to.
you still may want to consider waiting a year like predator said, i think you will get alot better results it will just take longer.

No your fine man, your actually 100% correct I am looking for a bit of a cheat to help me achieve my current goal faster. I know there is no replacment for hard work, trust me I am working as hard as my dody will let me. I am just looking to see if there is something to help me achieve my goal faster and or do more with what I am doing. I remember guys doing ECA stacks, Clenbuterol, t3 all to help cut fat faster.

I already have scripts for Synthroid (not as strong as t3 but can help) and Adderall that I am currently taking. I was just wondering if anyone had any recomendations on somthing that might help me get there faster...

Well thats exactly what I started doing about 2 weeks ago, so I guess I'm doin alright! How frequent should I be doing Test 300? 1 cc twice a week?

Bro I am 6' and was 275 Jan 1st this year. I am at 229 today. I have dedicated myself to cardio. If you burn it off then you can build it back. Cross fit and lifting is great but you need to do about 2 hours of steady state cardio every day. You dont need anything else but hard work and determination. Its a very simple mathmatical calculation. You just have to burn off more than you take in.
