If I cook hamburgers on a foreman grill, is that a terrible meal for you? for Bread I use 12 grain rolls. I go to college, and in dorm cooking is pretty hard. I basically have a microwave, and my trusty grill. The food in the cafe is terrible. I know its probobly not ideal, but if you were in my position would you consider this a descent meal in the 6 meal a day diet world?

there are hamburger meats at the grocery store taht are 93% lean....i dont see how that meat with a healthy bun could be bad.... go for it....use ketchup and mustard and enjoy

Get the leanest cut you can, also try cooking ground turkey and chicken....lean cuts

I cook chicken on it all the time. I have been using a type of barbaque spice that doesnt include all the sugar that sauces do. I cover the chicken in that alot of time. It is called McCormick's Grill Mates Barbaque.

If you want some tasty lean burgers get some deer meat. We make burgers out of them all the time, and they taste 10x better than regular hamburgers and are 4x as lean. The only problim is that they are so lean that they'll fall apart as you're cooking them so you have to mix in something to hold them together. I just read that ground oats might work so I'm going to try it next weekend. They also beat the hell out of chicken or turkey. My buddy is a REAL redneck and he stocks up every season.

There's nothing wrong with ground beef. Try to get some lean ground beef if possible, but you'll be fine. Eat up.
