Get cut with lifting and diet only?

Is more sets and reps with less weight and less resting as good for cutting as cardo plus a heavy lifting routine? My diet is fine.
 
its all about your heart rate, if u can keep it up while lifting i would assume its fine, i could never keep my heart up high nuff while lifting tho
 
I never rely on cardio to lose fat..............its all diet and weight training....
Reps make no difference.....6,8,10,12,15......none will "cut you up more" just train hard...high intensity....4x a week and have a good diet and you will drop fat like crazy.
 
With very short rest periods and heavy training I can get my heart rate into low cardio range, but not jogging cardio range.

Full body training is very testing, you can try it if you'd like to see how much stamina you have.

I'd keep your weight training the same, adjust your diet and use low impact cardio and green tea to help with fat loss

That's annoying.

As you may have already gathered, losing weight is all about what you eat.
