Hey everyone My name is Ben and I'm back and I'm back 100 percent I work offshore on a boat 4 weeks on 4 weeks off and I'm wondering if anyone has any advice on a quick and great way to stay lean without the extreme perfection.
If you don't have a lot of options in terms of what you eat, then the best you can do is regulate how much you eat. Portion control will be your best friend. However, to properly manage this, you need to have some understanding of caloric density of many foods. I would suggest you practice logging your diet while you're on land. This will help you gain an understanding of the nutrient contents and caloric density of commonly consumed foods.
