i plan to cycle for 30 days then break for 60 days

have trusted friend monitor me

drink about 1 gal of water a day

ill take something to detox/clean my liver maybe ( milk thistle ) ???

keep me diet up, protein and cals

sounds like you should probably keep reading up...

30 days of h-drol won't do much for you! h-drol doesn't kick in until the 3rd week...you won't really see any results if you just run it for 30 days.

also, make sure you have a propper PCT lined up.

btw: primordial perfomance is blowing out their oral turinabol...check out their web site, it's cheaper than buying two bottles of CEL H-Drol.
