Due to a little scoliosis my right shoulders hangs forward a bit and this effects my right lat as you can imagine.
I can hardly flex it correctly or even get a good stretch during a pulldown on my right side and the effect of this in years of training is that my left lat is so much bigger and wider than my right.
In a bdb I can flex my left lat perfectly but have trouble with my right. Same goes for any poses which involve my lats really.

How would I best straighten this out? Stop working out my left side and only do right so it can catch up? Add a second day of only right side? More exercises like one-arm dumbbell row for only right side?

Hope anyone has some good advice :)

It sounds like you answered your own question. Emphasize your inferior side with single arm work, whether it be Db's, Hammer, machines....etc
