Hi, i've just recently signed up for the forums, been looking on here for some tips etc, so i thought why not create a topic.
Okay, i'm 19, and i want to get rid of my belly, make it slimmer (or tone it) in the quickest way possible.
I weigh 13 stone / 182 pounds my heights 6"2
And around a 36-37 inch waist.
I dont do much excercise, and my daily eating is like so:
Breakfast: Kellogs Frosties
Lunch: Chicken and Chips
Dinner: Chicken and Chips again!
But most of the time i dont have Lunch, i skip it and just wait for dinner to cut down on fats. I'm willing to do whatever it takes, could someone perhaps create a training program or give me some tips on getting rid of the belly!
