A couple of BB in the gym were stating that GH and Winstrol are too opposites and should not be taken in the same cycle. Rather than me researching this, what do you guys/gals think?

not sure what you mean by opposites. GH isnt a steroid its just growth horomone. i dont see why you couldnt use the 2 together

See that's what I thought logically so that's what I heard them saying so I wasn't comprehending their statement. Then again, I'm not going to confront two clowns either. (unless they have their full makeup on, that is.)

Ridiculous statement! They are not opposites...they are synergists!

one of them claimed (she) that she competed on the NPC circuit closing in on the IFBB. (10 years ago)

Well, whomever it was...silly statement!

I figured that. She's probably jealous bc/ she doesn't have the drive anymore!

The problem with taking Winny and GH together is it would cause havoc on your joints!! They both tend to reduce thru some mechanism the amount on Synovial fluid in the joints, thereby causing pain and sometimes very severe. Maybe the person that advised you of this chose the wrong word, she should have just explained why the two should not be used together.:)

Gopro,

Help me out on that one. My friend said they noticed tightness and a good amt decrease in BF and increase of muscle mass.

I have never heard anything about either of these drugs having any "particular" negative affect on the joints. In fact, one of the benefits associated with the use of GH is its strengthening effects on the connective tissues, cartilage and tendons. These two drugs are often stacked together during contest prep as both are beneficial for helping bring about a more "shredded" appearence. I would need to see some "hard" evidence on this to make me feel that there is some sort of "special" problem about stacking these two drugs.

winny causes pain because it draws fluid out of the joints or something like that.
i've read that people get sore, swollen, tightness feeling in their hands while on gh.. for what reason i dont know. gh is excellent for fat loss as well as building muscle and connective tissue.
i definitely wanna try it someday... when i'm doin better financially that is lol

As for winny drawing fluid out from the joints...that is a first for me. Why would this steroid in particular do this?

As for GH and the feeling of tightness...I'm not sure what that is about. Like I said, it is known to strengthen the "attatchments." Maybe those that are going to experience acromegaly as a side effect of their use are the one's that feel such "tightness."

over and over i read posts about people getting joint pain with winny and the only reason i ever see for it is that it draws the water out of your body and therfore your joints.

i just found this which makes some sense but theres no scientific fact i have to back it or anything..

"Winstrol is an anti-progesterone in reference to joints.
Progesterone helps in joint cushioning. Reducing joint
progesterone increases joint inflammation hence why
Deca+winstrol is such a great stack, they counter-balance
each other."
also the winny joint pain doesnt always happen to everyone but it seems for a huge majority it does.

also.. apparently winstrol unlike other steroids doesnt have a negative effect on collagen and perhaps even strengthens it. that would be similar to gh in helping connective tissue and gh causes pain for some people as well. maybe the pain process has something to do with the strengthening... i really dont know, this is all speculation. i just like to throw out ideas so people can pursue the facts themselves

heres the study on winstrol..

My theory is that winny is very often used as a pre-contest drug, and during this time our joints are less cushioned by fat and fluid and therefore pain occurs. When winstrol is used in a stack offseason, I doubt much joint pain occurs. However, your theory may still hold some truth...good job!
