Just wanted to pop in for a quick sec to update you. Things are going great! I'm sticking with the basics of the program but have made alterations and added to it along the way ie lunges, (static, reverse dynamic lunges, travelling lunges) all great for the lower half. I've been cycling through everything. To be honest, I don't make up my mind what I'm doing until the day of my workout. Especially so with my cardio. I alternate between running steady state, sprinting, and HIIT, then another day I'll take a spin class or maybe just walk uphill at a good fast pace. I take a day off every week. Relaxed my diet a bit and started venturing into experimenting with different foods. I'm back down to 125 but have made some serious changes in my upper body. I'm almost ready to send some pics :). My tummy is leaning out finally. Probably losing some fat but I suspect the muscle I'm building up top is pulling everything into place. I've definitely figured out that sticking to one thing over and over again does not work when you're smaller. Change is great! Unpredicatability tricks the body into doing what you want. I'm really satisfied with my small but noticeable changes :) thank you again. Couldn't have done this much without either of your help. I'll be back soon armed with some pics.

Thanks everyone! I'm really pleased. Just a little bit of headway at this point is enough to make a person continue on. I will post before AND after pics. Much as I hate that before one. For a good cause though!
